The combination of these characteristics point out to one credible person to spread motivation, inspiration and words of wisdom as guest speaker on commencement exercises of some state universities and colleges nationwide.
Engr. Eric Jude S. Soliman, president and CEO of Hytec Power, Inc. has been undoubtedly successful in linking academe and industry. He is being recognized as one of the most inspiring and most commendable in his field of expertise.
Having the understanding and awareness of the global picture of education system, Engr. Soliman shared his expertise to some 1,000 graduates of Tarlac State University (TSU) on the theme “Rebuilding the University towards Globalization and ASEAN Integration”. Amidst the fluctuating electric power supply, Engr. Soliman was able to deliver a very informative speech about ASEAN Integration on December 4, 2014 at the TSU gymnasium.
On March 27, 2015, Engr. Soliman talked about the needs to respond to global challenges during the graduation ceremony at Carlos Hilado Memorial State College. He gave emphasis on the vital role of the government, educational institutions and educators in preparing the students to be globally competitive. He also mentioned the importance of equipping the students with highly technical skills with the use of latest technology-based training equipment to achieve global competence. The theme of the ceremony was: CHMSC EXCELS: “Attaining Global Competence through Relevant Education”.
A few days after, the diligent person in command of HPI flew to Zamboanga to talk on “Responsive to ASEAN 2015 Challenges through Sustainable Technology Education” during the 97th commencement exercises of Zamboanga City State Polytechnic College. He challenged the graduates not just to be prepared for the ASEAN integration but also, for the vast changes of internationalization and to prepare themselves to be the best that they can possibly be. The ceremonial activity took place on March 31, 2015
Truly, the words of wisdom from Engr. Soliman continue to spread to schools, universities and colleges nationwide. Indeed, a great leader in education and industry!
