Flange opening work usually requires a large amount of preparation such as a chain block, so it takes time and, depending on the location, there remains a big safety issue. The SW series is an epoch-making product that can meet all of these conditions, and is very popular because it can overwhelmingly reduce work time.
Since the flange is opened using the bolt holes, it can be used as it is even if the original gap is zero or there is a partition plate. It is a series that demonstrates its power under limited circumstances than the “SW series” which is the same flange spreader.
In the HLW series, the installation surface with the object is stepped, and it can be grasped on the surface, so vertical lift-up is possible. This function is indispensable and useful when the object is near the wall.
When closing the flange while tightening the bolt, the larger the flange, the more step-by-step work is required and the more labor is doubled. The FC series is excellent for large flanges because the flange can be closed at once until the tightening start stage if set.
