The basis of EDIBON technology is our “SCADA” system. This system can always be used in any part of the process whenever necessary. SCADA is the acronym for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition.It is a very widespread system in the industry and we are the only company in the world that has introduced it in our training and research units, offering thus multiple advantages to users.Thanks to this computer-controlled technology, with our SCADA system you can save time and increase efficiency during training.
The SCADA system starts by using sensors that control several parameters involved in the process or in the EDIBON unit, following the same steps carried out in the industry.
The signals received in the SENSORS are treated and the noise obtained is isolated. All this information is sent to the CONTROL INTERFACE to control the harmonic interference and the magnetic effects. Using the SOFTWARE (specific to each unit and based on Labview), all the signals received from the unit sensors can be understood. The results can be displayed in graphs and curves in real time, so the process can be analyzed by checking all the sensors, curve values and/or two or more parameter values. Once the information is received and displayed in the SOFTWARE, the user can act on the HARDWARE itself and change values, open valves, etc.
In other words, there is an interaction at all times between the hardware and the user in real time through the SCADA system.

COMPLEXITY
The main part of SCADA is CONTROL, so controllers are required. Nearly all industrial companies in the world buy CONTROLLERS from several CONTROL MANUFACTURERS, as Honeywell, Foxboro, Siemens, etc. These industrial companies make their own control system by using the industrial controllers. In EDIBON, we design our OWN CONTROLLERS. This allows us to expand many additional applications, such as SCADA + PLC Control, ESN (EDIBON SCADA – NET), EDIBON Cloud Learning (ECL), etc.
