The TAG PLATE BEVEL PRO machines are designed to produce very little mess with minimal vibration, making them the fastest, most health & safety friendly solution to any workshop or on-site plate bevelling requirement.

The range is capable of bevelling straight edges, shapes and contours, holes, and both the internal and external walls of pipe, from 10° to 80°.
Using tungsten carbide inserts the machines can bevel up to 40mm on Aluminum plate, and an impressive 15mm on Stainless steel!!
These units can also be used for dressing and de-burring, and is available with a range of radius heads and inserts.

The PMM200 – is a new generation, easy to use, portable, heavy duty machine designed for bevelling steel plates prior to welding.
This bevelling machine is fitted with a mono block milling head containing 10, offset inserts, allowing smooth operation and exceptional efficiency. One set of inserts can last for up to 2000 meters of bevelled steel edge and allows to work with an output around 1.5 meters/minute (depending on the amount of the metal being removed).
The PMM200 incorporates many safety features. It has a state of the art electronic control module protecting the operator, machine and tools. It is equipped with guide rolls, which make it easy and light to operate.

Capable of bevelling around 1.5 meters/ minute (depending on the amount of the metal being removed).
