With the theme “Operational Excellence towards Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through Industry 4.0”, the International Foundation on Production Research together with the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers (PIIE) held the 14th PIIE National Congress and 7th IE Research Conference last August 3-5, 2015 at the Marriott Hotel, Pasay. Hytec Power Inc. was one the platinum sponsors of the said event.
Engr. Eric Jude Soliman, HPI president, was invited to share his thoughts and expert opinion on Innovation in Engineering Education. His presentation included the challenges and changes in Industrial Engineering and the rise of the Industry 4.0.
